Shipping policy
SHIPPING RATES
We ship all orders via Canada Post, UPS, or a similar carrier that includes a tracking number.
In Canada, orders have a CA$15 flat rate to ship.
For US customers, all of our items are CUSMA/USMCA-compliant and include a Certificate of Origin. No import tariffs will be charged.
For international customers, please note that your order may be subject to import duties or taxes based on your delivery country. These charges are billed upon delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.
SHIPPING TIMES AND ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items require approximately 1–2 weeks for production before shipping. Delivery times vary by location and will be available once your tracking number is issued.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Get a live shipping quote for your international order on the checkout page. These rates are based on size, weight, and value, so they can vary greatly. We usually ship items through Canada Post, which will link up with your local postal service. We cannot guarantee shipping times on international orders.
Note that any customs, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be included in the purchase price.
