Where are your products made?

All of our goods are handcrafted in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.

What kinds of leather do you use?

We source premium full-grain and vegetable-tanned leathers from ethical tanneries in Italy and the USA. Hides are selected for their durability, natural character, and the patina they will develop over time.

Can I personalize my item?

Yes, many of our items can be personalized with a monogram. Please check specific product listings for the "Add a Monogram" option or shop the whole collection of Personalized Gifts.

How do I care for my leather item?

As a natural material, leather benefits from periodic conditioning. We recommend cleaning gently with a leather cleaner like saddle soap and applying a natural conditioner to keep it soft, supple and looking its best over time.

Why does my leather have marks, lines, or blemishes?

Leather is a natural material, and these subtle marks—such as lines, scars, or variations in colour—are part of its authentic character. They reflect the life of the hide and are a hallmark of genuine, full-grain leather.

Do you take custom orders?

At this time, we are not accepting custom orders outside of personalization and minor modifications to existing products.

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. Please contact us for bulk pricing information and order minimums.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally from Canada. Orders within Canada ship with a $10 flat rate.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your address. Please note that international orders may incur customs/duties.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
