Returns
Due to the nature of these handmade, and often customized products, I do not accept returns.
Please note that measuring your pet's neck size is an essential step before ordering a collar and you will have to start a new order if you ordered the wrong size. The same thing applies to belts. Please carefully refer to all size charts before ordering.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue.
Exchanges
Similarly to returns, I do not accept exchanges at this time. That said, please contact me within 3 days if you have any issues with your order. Again, pet collars and belts are not eligible for return or exchange if you purchased the wrong size.
