Refund policy
Returns
Personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please carefully refer to belt and collar size charts before ordering as these items are not eligible for return.
For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit as long as the item is unused and in brand new condition (original packaging is preferred). Refunds will not be issued for returned items and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please email us at info@westwoodleather.com or through the contact form with your order number and reason to begin a return. Once the return is authorized, you will need to ship the item back to us and provide tracking info for the parcel. Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive an email that a credit has been applied to your account.
EU Customers: Please submit this form for a right of withdrawal request.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges as you will need to make a return and apply your store credit to your new purchase.
Cancellations
Order cancellations for orders that have not yet been fulfilled are accepted within 1 business day of ordering for a full refund. Orders cancelled later than 1 business day may be subject to restocking fees. Custom/personalized items are not eligible for cancellations if production has already begun.
